Had lunch here after our hike up Galtymore. I got the chicken and chorizo salad, and, by God, I was not disappointed. 10/10. Nothing pretentious, just tasty chicken, chorizo, avocado and delicious humus with a perfect salad side. Walked in hungry, came out happy. A must visit if in the vicinity.

Response from the owner

Kind regards,
Kate

Stopped here for lunch before heading to Cork. Food was delicious! We started with prawns (as suggested by our server) Prawns were fresh and crispy. We also enjoyed Shepherd's pie along with Haddock fillets which were cooked to perfection! They have an array of pastries, cakes and pies which looked delicious but we were too full to try!! The service was exceptional!
Definitely stop here!

Response from the owner

Had the roast chicken meal. Came with veges, roast chicken, mashed potatoes and a delicious side of gravy. 8/10. Decently filling.
Salad with brie was slightly short of great, could have used more greens. However the deep fried brie came in a generous portion and was delicious. 7.5/10. Service was excellent. Friendly staff.

Response from the owner

Hi Alvin,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us and for your lovely pictures. I'm so glad you enjoyed your lunch with us. Just to mention the brie you enjoyed was a starter portion so naturally comes with a smaller salad, next time if you would like a more substantial lunch we would be delighted to offer you an additional side or perhaps you would like to try the main course version.

Hope to see you again soon.

Kind regards,
Kate
